Apparently he was charged 1600€ for a site in 2011, and now he needs some changes made, the original guy is nowhere to be found, so he asked me.
The guy added opening html/head/body tags and meta tags inside every singe div, pretty much all text is an image, included php files are inside a huge directory tree with only one file per directory.
