So I've recently thrown together a HTML5 form which holds a series of user-input data, and then sends the form data to a php file (process.php), which should in turn send the form data to a MySQL db I have set up on my site. After doing some googling, I discovered that MySQL (5.1) was only allowing connections from the localhost, and that the easiest fix would be to create a new user to accept connections from, but apparently I don't have the privileges to create a new user in MyPHPAdmin. So now I'm wondering how I can rectify this issue, and sorry if my post doesn't detail all needed information for a fix.
