[Build Ready] $1200 build (OS included; monitor not included) - Please Advise

Hi, I posted a thread recently and after some feedback and more research I have updated my part list and would like some advice/recommendations. Basically I'd like to know any ways I can drop my budget whilst maintaining or increasing performance and I'd like some recommendations for a monitor. I intend to use the computer mostly for web browsing and office but am also interested in using it for gaming and photo editing.
