Installed a new version of joomla and my websites size has changed in width and favicon has gone.

How can I fix this? My website is www.pacbetting.com/ and the whole site is supposed to be 1200 px wide, I've changed the container and a few other things but the errors keep on happening, also does anyone know why there is so much white space on my page? Really at a loss here/.
