Plugin/method to segment visitors based on response to a poll

I've got a Wordpress blog that I use for business purposes, and I want to use my site to build an email database in a more "informed" manner.

Basically, I want to combine a poll with different landing pages, depending on response.

So visitor comes to my site and sees the poll (question would be something like "which of these do you want to learn more about? A, B or C")

Depending on their response they are taken to a landing page for A, B, or C.

Is this something that is possible to do with Wordpress?
