Use Sass server-side?

Hi All,

I just started learning Sass yesterday, and I was wondering: Is it possible to 'compile' (if that's how you call it) .scss files into .css files directly on a server? Because that's what I did before Sass, I would just open the .css file on the server (I log in via a FTP client) and edit the file there and then. Is it possible to edit a .scss file directly on a (remote)server and have it compiled from .scss to .css by Ruby?
